MEMBERSHIPS
Benefits of being a member of ALL HANDS CCC:
Free basketball play
Access to fitness room (must be at least 18 years of age)
Free registration and 25% off programs and classes offered by All Hands CCC
Monthly memberships paying $25 or more will be allowed two free personal rentals per year up to 50 people per event as long as membership is maintained
Access to Wi-Fi within the facility
Free use of computer room for 1 hour. ($5 fee per additional hour)
*These membership benefits are subject to change at our discretions, but not without a 30 days’ notice to all members.
Memberships to utilize facilities are:
• Youth $20 per year ( 6-13 years old)
• Youth $40 per year ( 14-18 years old)
• Adults $25/month or $275 per year ( 19-64 years old)
Couples $40 Monthly
One Parent Family up to 3, $35 Monthly
Family up to 6, $50 Monthly
• Seniors $25 per year (65+)

Membership Agreement
By submitting the form below, you acknowledge the following:
In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician selected by the AHCCC to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and to order injection, anesthesia or surgery for the within named individuals on this card.
I understand no accident or medical insurance is provided with this membership
The AHCCC would like to advise each new member to consult their physician before engaging in physical activity, especially “persons over the age of 35 and all persons with known or suspected heart disease.”
Upon registration, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the All Hands Cultural Community Center, it’s officers, directors and employees from any and all claims, damages or liabilities for personal injuries and property loss or damage, of any nature arising out of or in any way connected with the AHCCC facilities or activities.
It is my complete understanding that if I wish to terminate or change my membership in any way, I must give the AHCCC 30 days written notice.
For the protection of members, the AHCCC reviews sex offender lists and/or reserves the right to do background checks on its members or guests.
I understand a $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks or returned drafts and a late fee will be charged on the 1st of the following month, if the payment has not been made.
